This is the place where you can personalize your profile!
But, how?
By moving, adding and personalizing widgets.
You can drag and and drop to rearrange.
You can edit widgets to customize them.
The left side has widgets you can add!
Some widgets you can only access when you get a subscription.
Some widgets have options that are only available when you get a subscription.
We've split the page into zones!
Certain widgets can only be added to certain zones.
"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!
Now go forth and astound us all with your devious profiles!

A scanner problem, eh? With my (3/4 year old)HP printer/scanner/copier, all I had to do was plug the thing in and let windows install the device by itself. But...
Here is a list of Vista compatible/non vista compatible hardware:
Scroll down the list to find the printer / scanner section
and check if your printer is compatible or not.
If it is, try going to [link] and look for a driver that was written for vista. If it isn't compatible, then I can't really give you much advice other than to get a new scanner.
If that doesn't work, go to the official website of whatever company made your scanner and hope that the driver is there.
If you find the driver and install it, here's how to scan things:
Open Windows Photo Gallery, click File > Import from scanner or camera, (Turn on your scanner and make sure it's hooked up to the back of your comp and refresh list), select your scanner and take it from there.
Sorry I acted like a jerk. Everything I said was uncalled for.

Saying your work is 'stylized' is just an excuse for having no talent.

The worst thing you can do to an artist is coddle them, and tell them their work is perfect when there are glaring flaws.
Like, all their characters looking up and to the right.
